Scor Global Life

Scor Global Life is an independent insurance company coming with 40 people staff for an incentive trip to Bali. To complete their business trip agenda, they have conducted an internal meeting and continued with beach activities for group bonding. They have appointed our company to arrange a beach team building activity after short indoor class training. We have provided seven fun games to encourage the group participants to remember and build strong teamwork, improve communication, motivate them to win global competitions and keep standing on the high integrity and innovation of each product selling.

Short Class Team Building Introduction

Before jumping to the beach, we provided short class training to explain Beach Team Building. This introduction explains team building and purpose.

Ice Breaking

During the ice-breaking session, our game master gave some warm-up games. All participants socialize, communicate with, and get to know one another. This ice-breaker session is also beneficial in encouraging participants to work together to win the game.

Competition Games

Our game master has given several competition games for all groups. They have shown their passion and fought in every game.

Olympic Game Session

Our game master challenged all groups to compete to achieve the goal. They must be able to offer their all for their team. Similarly, they must be willing to make sacrifices to fulfill the group’s objectives and complete their task.

Closing of Beach Team Building

Our beach team building is well-assigned in the theme of fun, education, motivation, and safety. Each participant will get lessons on how to join the group and a fundamental understanding of the position in the group. They must focus on the target and build solid teamwork to achieve the goals. After team building, all group participant return to their room for the shower, change their clothes, and join their dinner.
