Swiss Education Group, a top network in hospitality education, recently traveled to Bali for a special team-building experience. With their focus on excellence in tourism and hospitality, they chose Bali Group Organizer to help create a customized event. The goal was to encourage teamwork, creativity, and cultural immersion.
The two-day event, held in December 2024, included a Masterchef Cooking Competition and exciting Beach Team Building activities. Fifteen participants from the Asia Pacific region took part. The event was hosted at the luxurious Four Points Seminyak Bali, making it even more unforgettable.
Day 1: Masterchef Cooking Competition
The first day of Swiss Education Group’s Bali adventure focused on Balinese cuisine with a Masterchef Cooking Competition. To begin, participants were welcomed warmly, with traditional music and refreshing local drinks. Next, they were introduced to Balinese culinary traditions by expert chefs, who demonstrated how to prepare a three-course meal.
Then, the competition took an exciting turn as participants were divided into teams. Each team raced against the clock to create and present their dishes. Finally, the judges evaluated the meals based on taste, presentation, and teamwork. This activity not only showcased Bali’s rich culinary heritage but also encouraged collaboration, creativity, and a fun sense of competition among the participants.
Day 2: Energizing Beach Team Building
On the second day, the Swiss Education Group enjoyed an exciting Beach Team Building session at the beautiful Seminyak Beach. First, the stunning location with its golden sands and gentle waves set the perfect atmosphere for team bonding. Then, the group took part in various activities aimed at improving teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The main focus was on encouraging collaboration and building stronger relationships among participants. This allowed them to work together in a relaxed yet challenging environment. At the end, the event concluded with a peaceful sunset gathering, giving everyone a chance to reflect on the day’s experiences and the connections they made. The combination of team-building and Bali’s serene natural beauty made this day truly unforgettable.
