ICAI Aviation Group Event
ICAI Aviation Group selected Bali for a special incentive journey designed to reward and connect their regional team. As a global aviation innovation centre, ICAI Aviation Group focuses on turning research into operational excellence. Therefore, strong teamwork and communication remain important values. Through this Bali Incentive Trip, they wanted meaningful experiences, not only leisure travel.
To achieve this goal, they trusted Bali Group Organizer, a professional Bali Event Organizer with more than 25 years of experience in handling Bali group activities. Our team designed a three-day program that combined culture, adventure, relaxation, and teamwork. Each day delivered a different experience. Each activity encouraged connection. Most importantly, every moment supported stronger relationships among participants from across Asia Pacific.
A Journey Designed for Team Bonding and Cultural Discovery
From the start, ICAI Aviation Group shared clear expectations. They wanted fun activities that also had purpose. They looked for a program that encouraged teamwork while allowing time to enjoy Bali’s natural beauty. Therefore, Bali Group Organizer created a balanced itinerary featuring a Bali Cooking Competition, outdoor adventures, and cultural exploration in Ubud.
The group stayed at Seres Springs Resort & Spa Ubud, surrounded by rice fields and tropical greenery. Because the location feels peaceful, participants could relax and focus on connection. Meanwhile, the resort facilities supported both comfort and group interaction.
Day 1: Arrival in Bali and Team Cooking Experience
First, Bali Group Organizer welcomed participants upon arrival at Bali International Airport. Our team arranged a smooth transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. This first gathering allowed everyone to relax after travel while reconnecting with colleagues.
After lunch, the group continued to the hotel for check-in. Soon after settling in, participants departed for the venue of their Bali Cooking Competition. At the venue, energy immediately increased. Bali Group Organizer facilitators divided participants into smaller teams and introduced the challenge.
Each group received ingredients and cooking tools. Local chefs explained traditional Balinese recipes and techniques. Then the competition began. Teams prepared authentic dishes while learning about local spices and cooking culture. Laughter filled the room. Some teams worked quickly. Others planned carefully before cooking. Meanwhile, friendly competition encouraged communication and cooperation.
After cooking, every team presented their dishes for judging. The chefs evaluated taste, presentation, and teamwork. Finally, Bali Group Organizer announced the winning team. Applause and cheers filled the venue. Although only one team won, all participants shared a memorable experience.
The evening continued with dinner together. Participants enjoyed their creations along with other local dishes. Conversations flowed easily as everyone shared stories from the kitchen. Later, Bali Group Organizer arranged the transfer back to the hotel, ending the first day on a joyful note.
Day 2: Adventure and Outdoor Team Energy
The second day shifted to outdoor adventure. After breakfast, Bali Group Organizer escorted the group to a rafting location near Ubud. Along the way, scenic views of valleys and rivers built excitement.
Upon arrival, professional guides gave a short safety briefing. They explained paddling techniques and teamwork strategies. Soon after, the rafting adventure began. Participants paddled together, followed instructions, and navigated river turns as a team. Splashing water and cheering voices created strong group energy.
Because rafting requires coordination, trust naturally grew among participants. Some helped teammates paddle faster. Others offered encouragement during challenging sections. As a result, the activity strengthened communication in a fun and active way.
After rafting, the group enjoyed lunch at a nearby restaurant. Participants shared stories and laughed about their river adventure. Once recharged, the program continued with an ATV ride. This off-road experience gave participants another exciting challenge. Riding through countryside tracks brought both adrenaline and teamwork support.
Later, Bali Group Organizer brought the group back to the hotel for rest. In the evening, participants departed for an offsite dinner. The relaxed setting allowed reflection on the day’s adventures. Eventually, everyone returned to the hotel feeling satisfied and more connected.
Day 3: Cultural Exploration and Departure
On the final day, the schedule became more relaxed. After breakfast, Bali Group Organizer guided the group on a cultural tour around Ubud. First, participants visited Tegalalang Rice Terrace. The layered green landscape offered a peaceful atmosphere and great photo opportunities.
Next, the tour continued to Ubud Monkey Forest. Participants observed playful monkeys and ancient temple surroundings. The visit combined nature and culture, creating a unique experience. Afterward, the group explored Ubud Market, where they shopped for local souvenirs and handicrafts.
Finally, Bali Group Organizer arranged the airport transfer. Participants departed Bali with warm memories and stronger team bonds.
