GBPN Indonesia team solving a group challenge during Bali Team Building in Sanur

GBPN Indonesia Group Event

GBPN Indonesia enjoyed a refreshing Bali Team Building experience on 28 August 2026 at the beach area of Prama Sanur Beach. The afternoon event brought together 25 participants for a program filled with teamwork, communication, and friendly competition. Moreover, the beachfront setting gave everyone a chance to step away from their daily routine and connect in a relaxed atmosphere.

GBPN focuses on decarbonizing the building sector and improving energy efficiency. Its work supports a more sustainable and climate-friendly built environment. Therefore, strong teamwork and communication are integral to its mission.

For this event, Bali Group Organizer prepared a beach team-building program that combined movement, strategy, and fun. With more than 25 years of experience in group event services in Bali, our team designs activities that emphasise participation and collaboration. At the same time, we wanted everyone to enjoy the experience together.

Rather than creating complicated challenges, we focused on activities that were easy to understand and exciting to join. As a result, participants could quickly get involved. More importantly, every activity gave the teams a reason to communicate, cooperate, and support one another.

GBPN Indonesia Starts the Afternoon on Sanur Beach

The event started in the afternoon as all participants gathered at the beach. Upon arrival, our team welcomed the group and introduced the activity program.

Sanur provided a great environment for the event. The open beach gave participants plenty of room to move. Meanwhile, the afternoon sea breeze and seaside atmosphere created a casual and positive mood.

Before the activities began, our facilitators explained the program and the game flow. In addition, participants received simple instructions about what they would experience. Therefore, everyone knew what to expect before the competition started.

At first, the atmosphere was relaxed. However, the energy quickly grew as participants prepared for the activities.

Instead of moving directly into competition, we started with an ice-breaking phase. This helped participants warm up and interact with each other. Moreover, it prepared everyone for the more energetic challenges ahead.

GBPN Indonesia Ice Breaking and Team Grouping

Building Energy Before the Beach Competition

Bali Team Building program began with simple stretching. Participants followed our facilitator while moving together on the beach. Although the session was light, it helped everyone become more comfortable and ready for the activities.

Next, the group continued with fun warm-up exercises. At this stage, the energy started to rise. Participants laughed, moved around, and interacted more naturally.

Moreover, the warm-up encouraged everyone to leave their daily work routine behind for a while. Instead, participants could focus on enjoying the activity and connecting with colleagues.

Afterward, our facilitators moved into the grouping phase. The 25 participants were divided into smaller teams for the main competition.

Each group needed to work as one unit. Therefore, participants started communicating with their teammates from the beginning. At the same time, friendly competition started to appear.

Although the ice-breaking phase was simple, it played an important role. It helped participants relax and communicate. Most importantly, it created the right energy before the competition began.

Beach Game Competition and Olympic Phase

GBPN Indonesia Turns Friendly Competition Into Teamwork

After the ice-breaking session, it was time for the main games. Participants entered the competition and Olympic phase with plenty of energy.

Each challenge encouraged teamwork differently. Some games required strong coordination. Meanwhile, others depended more on communication, speed, and strategy.

Before starting each challenge, teams listened carefully to the instructions. Then, they discussed how they could complete the task together.

As soon as the games started, the beach became much livelier. Participants cheered for their teammates and encouraged one another. Moreover, the friendly competition became stronger as the activities continued.

However, winning was not the only goal.

Behind every challenge, participants needed to cooperate. Clear communication helped them make decisions together, while trust allowed the team to move forward with confidence.

Sometimes, the first strategy did not work as planned. Therefore, teams needed to adjust quickly. A new discussion often helped them find a different approach.

Instead of relying on a single person, participants learned that success required everyone’s contribution. As a result, every challenge naturally encouraged stronger collaboration.

Building Communication Through Bali Team Building

Communication became an important part of every activity. During the games, participants could not complete every challenge on their own. Therefore, they needed to listen and respond to one another.

Some team members focused on planning, while others helped with coordination. Meanwhile, extra energy and encouragement from the group kept everyone motivated.

These different roles made each team more dynamic.

Furthermore, the games encouraged participants to communicate clearly. Under time pressure, long discussions were not always possible. As a result, teams needed to understand each other quickly. Through this experience, participants could see how clear communication improves teamwork.

The activities also encouraged everyone to share ideas. Sometimes, a simple suggestion from one person changed the team’s entire approach. Therefore, every participant had an opportunity to contribute.

Most importantly, these lessons happened naturally through the games. There was no need for a formal classroom session. Instead, participants experienced teamwork directly while having fun together.

GBPN Indonesia Builds Strategy as One Team

Thinking and Working Together

Physical energy played an important role during the beach games. However, strategy was equally important.

Before several challenges, teams took a moment to discuss their approach. Understanding the goal came first. Afterwards, each group decided how to leverage its members’ strengths.

For some games, participants needed to decide who should take certain positions. Meanwhile, others focused on timing, coordination, or communication.

Because every challenge was different, the same strategy did not always work. Therefore, each team needed to adapt, which made the competition even more exciting.

At the same time, participants learned to think as a group. Rather than making individual decisions, they considered what would work best for the whole team.

When a strategy worked, everyone celebrated together. However, when it did not, the team quickly discussed what needed to change.

As a result, the games encouraged problem-solving while keeping the experience light and enjoyable.

Creating Stronger Connections Within GBPN Indonesia

Team building is not only about completing games. More importantly, it creates moments that colleagues can experience together.

Throughout the afternoon, participants shared plenty of these moments. They laughed when something unexpected happened and celebrated when their strategy worked. Meanwhile, teammates continued to encourage one another whenever a challenge became difficult.

These small interactions helped strengthen connections within the group.

Furthermore, the beach environment made communication feel more natural. Participants could interact outside their usual professional setting. Therefore, they had more opportunities to connect in different ways.

Some participants naturally took leadership roles. Others became strong supporters. In addition, several team members demonstrated creative ways to solve problems.

Because everyone contributed differently, the activities highlighted the importance of each person’s role. By the end of the competition, participants had created a shared experience filled with teamwork, laughter, and friendly competition.

GBPN Indonesia Team Building Experience in Sanur

Sanur added a special atmosphere to the event. The beach created an open and refreshing environment that suited the afternoon program.

Instead of spending the afternoon inside a meeting room, participants could move freely outdoors. Meanwhile, the tropical surroundings and seaside atmosphere gave the program a distinctive Bali experience.

With only 25 participants, the program created a more personal atmosphere. Everyone had an opportunity to take an active role, while our facilitators could interact closely with each team.

Throughout the afternoon, the atmosphere remained energetic but comfortable. There was competition. However, participants could still laugh, relax, and enjoy the experience.

Corporate team building should encourage people to work together. At the same time, it should give everyone a chance to have fun. Therefore, Bali Group Organizer designed the program to balance both elements.

Event Goals and Customer Expectations

The main goal of the GBPN Indonesia Beach Team Building was to bring participants closer together through an enjoyable outdoor experience.

First, the event aimed to strengthen communication. Through the games, participants learned to listen, discuss ideas, and make decisions together.

Collaboration was another important goal. Each challenge required everyone to contribute toward a shared result. In addition, the competition encouraged strategic thinking.

Another important goal was to create stronger personal connections. Although colleagues may work together regularly, an outdoor activity offers a different environment. Therefore, participants could interact more freely.

At the same time, GBPN Indonesia expected a program that was organized and easy for everyone to enjoy.

For this reason, Bali Group Organizer managed the program from the initial beach gathering through the ice-breaking and competition phases. Our facilitators guided each activity while keeping the atmosphere lively and engaging.

As a result, participants could focus on the experience while our team managed the flow of the activity.

Bali Group Organizer for Corporate Team Building

Every company has different goals for its team-building program. Therefore, we believe each activity should match the group rather than follow one fixed format.

For smaller groups, we can create closer and more interactive challenges. Meanwhile, larger groups may require different game formats, activity zones, and facilitator arrangements.

With more than 25 years of experience in group event services, Bali Group Organizer can customize programs based on team size, company goals, preferred activities, and event style.

Some companies may prefer highly competitive games. Meanwhile, others may want relaxed challenges that focus more on communication and connection. Therefore, we adjust the program to match each group’s needs.

Most importantly, team building should not feel like another work session. Instead, it should bring colleagues together through shared challenges, friendly competition, and memorable moments.

A Memorable Afternoon for GBPN Indonesia

GBPN Indonesia Beach Team Building at Prama Sanur Beach brought 25 participants together for an afternoon of movement, strategy, communication, and friendly competition.

From the first stretching session to the final Olympic-style challenges, participants stayed active and involved. Moreover, every game created opportunities to communicate and work together.

The experience showed that simple activities can create meaningful team moments. A challenge can encourage strategy, while friendly competition can strengthen communication. At the same time, shared laughter can help colleagues connect in different ways.

Supported by Bali Group Organizer, the event combined structured activities with the relaxed atmosphere of Sanur Beach. As a result, GBPN Indonesia enjoyed a team-building experience that balanced teamwork with fun.

For companies planning a Bali team-building program, corporate outing, or group activity, Bali Group Organiser can customise the experience around your goals. Whether you want stronger teamwork, better communication, or simply a memorable afternoon together, our team is ready to create a program that fits your group.
