Verlata Consulting Group Event
Verlata Consulting Group chose Bali for their company team building on 23 August 2025. From the very beginning, the group of 68 people arrived with high energy, and at the same time, they carried strong expectations for a meaningful program. Furthermore, Verlata is widely known for its expertise in law firm software solutions, and therefore they value both innovation and collaboration. In addition, their services cover practice management, document management, business improvement, application development, and more, which means teamwork plays an important role in their daily success.
With more than 25 years of experience, our Bali Group Organizer team was fully prepared to design a program that not only matched their vision but also exceeded their goals. Consequently, we selected Seminyak Beach as the main venue, since it remains one of Bali’s favorite spots for group gatherings. At the same time, the group stayed at the Courtyard Hotel Seminyak, a stylish hotel located only minutes away from the beach, which allowed easy movement between accommodation and activity areas.
Our role, however, was not limited to providing fun activities. Instead, we carefully planned a balance of games, teamwork, and bonding so the program would deliver both enjoyment and value. Moreover, the group wanted to fully embrace the natural setting of Bali, and as a result, the beach became the perfect backdrop. In this way, our expertise in Bali group activities made a clear difference, since we combined structured challenges with the island’s beauty to create lasting memories.
Gather at Seminyak Beach
The event began in the morning with a warm gathering at Seminyak Beach. As the group arrived, the sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze immediately set a vibrant tone for the day. Not only was the atmosphere relaxed, but it was also filled with growing excitement as everyone prepared for the activities ahead.
Soon after, our facilitators moved into an engaging ice breaking session to spark energy. At first, the group listened closely, but before long, laughter spread quickly across the beach. As a result, the participants felt more comfortable and eager to join in. Moreover, the ice breaking exercises helped everyone loosen up, especially those who were shy or meeting colleagues from other divisions.
Following the ice breakers, the facilitators smoothly transitioned to dividing the participants into smaller teams. Each team was given a creative name and a simple identity, which in turn encouraged pride and unity. Then, the first stage of games began. At this point, the competition phase introduced light challenges that tested focus, coordination, and teamwork. Meanwhile, the tropical setting made every activity more enjoyable. The soft sand added both fun and challenge, while the bright Bali sun energized the group.
Game Competition Phase
The competition phase included a mix of strategy and energy games. Teams had to work together to solve challenges. Each game required clear communication, quick thinking, and support for one another. The participants gave their best, but they also shared laughter and joy. The friendly competition brought them closer, which was the core goal of the program.
Olympic Game Phase
The highlight came with the Olympic phase, featuring the famous tug of war. This classic beach game demanded strength, spirit, and unity. As the teams pulled the rope, the crowd cheered with full enthusiasm. The sound of encouragement echoed across the beach, creating a vibrant scene of teamwork in action. Tug of war not only tested physical power but also the ability to align effort as one team.
Evaluation and Announcement
At the end of the program, the facilitators held a short evaluation session. Teams shared their experiences and what they learned during the activities. Many participants expressed how they felt more connected to their colleagues. Others shared how the games revealed hidden strengths within the team.
Finally, the winners of the day were announced. The winning team received cheers and applause, but the true victory belonged to the whole group. Every participant left the beach with a smile and a stronger bond with their colleagues.
Event Goals and Customer Expectations
The main goal of this Bali Team Building program was, first of all, to strengthen teamwork within Verlata Consulting Group. In fact, the company always values collaboration and innovation, especially in their field of law firm software solutions. Therefore, they wanted their employees to experience these values outside the office, and at the same time, enjoy a fun and refreshing way of bonding. Moreover, they hoped that being in Bali would inspire creativity and bring new energy to the whole team.
In addition, the group expected the program to encourage more open communication across departments. Since there were 68 participants, it was important to design activities that not only brought people together but also helped them interact with colleagues from other divisions. As a result, the structured activities ensured that everyone had a chance to connect, while at the same time breaking down barriers that may exist in daily work. Furthermore, the competitive yet friendly nature of the games motivated participants to fully engage.
Another important goal was to create a balance between relaxation and productivity. On one hand, the company wanted their team to take a break from the usual office routine; on the other hand, they also wanted learning and growth to take place. Consequently, by choosing Beach Team Building, Verlata combined the natural beauty of Bali with meaningful development moments. The beach setting, therefore, offered a unique backdrop for both reflection and teamwork. In the end, the group appreciated how our Bali Event Organizer team skillfully blended fun with purpose, while also making sure every activity supported their goals.
Why Bali Beach Team Building Works
Beach team building is a powerful way to create unity. The natural setting of the sea and sand reduces stress and encourages openness. People feel free to engage, laugh, and support one another. At the same time, the structured activities challenge participants to think, act, and perform as one.
For Verlata, this format worked perfectly. It gave them space to recharge while also meeting their goals of teamwork and bonding. The feedback showed how much they valued the combination of fun games and meaningful learning.
Customer Feedback
After the event, Verlata shared positive feedback about the program. They appreciated the smooth coordination and the professional touch of our facilitators. They highlighted how the activities matched their needs and how the atmosphere was always positive.
Many participants expressed that they left the program feeling more motivated. They saw their colleagues in a new light and recognized the power of working together. The company felt that their investment in this Bali group activity created lasting value.
Lasting Memories in Bali
As the sun set over Seminyak Beach, the group celebrated not only the games but also the memories made. The Courtyard Hotel Seminyak provided a comfortable base, while the beach became their playground for growth.
Our team at Bali Group Organizer felt proud to support Verlata’s journey. With 25 years of experience, we know that every group is unique. Verlata Consulting Group reminded us how meaningful a well-designed program can be. The bonds formed on that day will continue to support their success in the future.
