Egon Zehnder Experience on Bali Incentive Trip

Egon Zehnder is a world leadership advisory company coming along with 48 participants to Bali for incentive corporate trip. This time, they have appointed Bali Group Organizer as one of the event planners to arrange offsite activities during their visit to the island of Gods. Furthermore, we have arranged their agenda perfectly starting from airport pick-up, tour, team building activities and transfer back to the airport. So, all work plans run smoothly and successfully. Meanwhile, their visit to Bali on February 22 to February 23, 2019. Also, we have provided the best service to our customers so that everything is successful and satisfying.

In addition, this incentive corporate trip from Egon Zehnder’s group is one proof of our success in providing group services. It could also be used as a reference for those of you who want to take a corporate trip to Bali in the future. Their trip this time was a fun trip. They come from various countries and meet on one beautiful island of Bali. And also, they carried out various activities to improve togetherness and strengthen teamwork. Now, let’s check what their activities are.

Arrival and Uluwatu Kecak Dance Tour

When arriving at Denpasar airport, our team has welcomed them at the airport entrance and greeted them. After that, we go to a local restaurant to enjoy crispy duck as a Balinese food. Next, we go to Uluwatu tour to explore the dry limestone area. The group visited the sacred Uluwatu temple and enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. On a late afternoon, they watched a very famous traditional Balinese dance popularly known as the Kecak dance. After that, they returned to Kuta for dinner together at a restaurant on the beach and ended with staying at the hotel.

Bali Village VW Safari Treasure Hunt

This is the most popular team building activity in Bali. This is because this activity is very unique by driving a legendary Volkswagen vehicle. Furthermore, they departed from the hotel together while conveying through the hustle and bustle of Denpasar City. Furthermore, the trip was very smooth and convoy while enjoying the natural beauty of the village and green rice fields. The first mission of their trip was Taman Ayun Temple located in Mengwi.

Visit Taman Ayun Temple

All participants explored the entire temple area to look for traces we had installed. However, they are only armed with a clue to find the treasure and do their work. It is a target of VW Safari Treasure Hunt that we set today. Next, they continued their journey to Baha Village.

Entering Balinese House

We have designed this event exclusively. We invite them to visit one of the residents’ houses to get to know Balinese culture more deeply. However, they also have to complete the game to collect many points.

Explore Sangeh Monkey Forest

Their third mission is to rescue our facilitators who are trapped in the middle of the forest and surrounded by groups of monkeys. After that, they joined in the amazing race game above the green garden. After the rescue mission is complete, we leave for a local restaurant in Ubud for lunch.

Lunch Time

Finally, all participants enjoyed lunch at a restaurant after completing all the missions today. After that, we return to the hotel to rest.

Check Out

On their last day in Bali, each participant had free activities until the check out time. Our team picks them up at the hotel and transfers directly to the hotel to end this service.
