Ernst & Young Group, a global leader in professional services, partnered with our Bali Group Organizer team for an unforgettable event. With over 25 years of expertise in Bali group events, we were excited to host their team-building experience. On October 27, 2024, we welcomed 80 Ernst & Young professionals from Asia for a beachside team-building day. While staying at the Grand Mercure in Seminyak, they enjoyed a full day of immersive and engaging activities. Set against a stunning beach backdrop, the event effectively promoted collaboration, healthy competition, and personal growth. Moreover, every activity was carefully tailored to Ernst & Young’s goals, fostering unity and teamwork among participants.
A Perfect Setting for Ernst & Young Bali Group Event
Bali’s beaches, vibrant culture, and serene landscapes make it ideal for company retreats and team-building activities. Therefore, Ernst & Young Group trusted our team to create a Bali Group Event that combined fun with strategic teamwork. The event began with a warm welcome at the Grand Mercure Seminyak, which is known for its luxury and beach access. Furthermore, being near the event location allowed participants to relax and prepare for engaging sessions along Bali’s pristine coastline.
Given our extensive background in Bali Group Event Services, we worked closely with Ernst & Young to meet their expectations. Additionally, planning started months in advance and included arrangements for activities, game formats, and team-building exercises. Each activity encouraged communication, trust, and teamwork naturally, ultimately making the experience enjoyable and memorable for everyone involved.

Ice Breaking
The day kicked off with Ice-Breaking Sessions to create a comfortable environment and encourage participants to step out of their professional shells. Additionally, these carefully curated activities allowed Ernst & Young team members to meet new colleagues and form initial bonds before delving into more intensive team-building exercises. As a result, laughter, light-hearted games, and casual conversations created an atmosphere where everyone felt included and ready for the challenges ahead.
Competition Games
Following the ice-breaking activities, our Competition Games added a new level of excitement and energy. Additionally, activities such as relay races and team strategy games allowed participants to showcase their competitive sides while fostering a deeper appreciation for teamwork. Moreover, each competition game required collaboration, critical thinking, and quick problem-solving—skills that are vital in Ernst & Young’s fast-paced professional environment. Olympic Game Phase
The final segment, the Olympic Games, introduced a series of more intense, structured activities. Additionally, these games were inspired by real Olympic-style events but adapted for maximum enjoyment. Furthermore, the Olympic Games motivated participants to give their best while reminding them that everyone has a unique role within a larger team.
