Asahi Intecc Bali Meeting – Incentive Trip and Beach Team Building

ASAHI INTECC is Japanese company produces ultra-fine stainless steel wire ropes for medical and industrial use. It is one of Bali Group Organizer’s clients who has successfully on Bali Meeting and Incentive Trip. Furthermore, their experiences have been extended with beach team building and gala dinner on the beach at the Westin Resort – Nusa Dua. There are 25 people coming from their staff managers and some of their clients from the Asia Pacific. The whole agendas have successfully ended with wonderful experiences from the meeting, accommodation, meals as well as team building. a full day meeting has run smoothly with twice coffee break served in the middle of the meeting session. Meanwhile, our professional game master leads them for fun games on beach team building at the day after. Full Day Meeting – Bali Meeting Program with Gala Dinner

A full day meeting has run smoothly on the second day of their stay in Bali. We have assigned a U-shape meeting style with 4 session time and 2 times of coffee break in the middle of the meeting session. Afterward, we drive them for gala dinner with local entertainments on the green garden overlooking the sea. It was a wonderful night to enjoy the delicious dinner with fresh breeze swap entire resort.

Beach Team Building

It is a fantastic beach activity with 7 fun games on the beautiful white sandy beach just in front of the resort. Meanwhile, our game masters and experienced facilitators lead them for beach team building to build strong and solid teamwork. It is a synergy with the company’s need to unite between seller and buyers to face the global competition. As usual, our beach team building come with 3 phases includes ice breaking, competition, and Olympic phase. The games are really fun, safe and there is an element of education to build character in it.
