SimCorp Group Held Bali Corporate Meeting

SimCorp is a leading provider of investment management software solutions for the world’s leading financial organizations. It is one of our customers who went to Bali for a corporate meeting with 31 managers from all over the world. Bali Group Organizer has arranged the whole group meeting activities includes pick-up transfer, manage meeting agendas, dinner, transportation, and team building. SimCorp Group Arrival

Since the delegates arrive at Denpasar Airport partially, we provide the permanent staff to in charge at the airport to welcome them one by one. We have arranged the proper transportation and transfer them to the hotel smoothly. Each group participant registers before joining the meeting on the day after.

First Day SimCorp Group Meeting with Dinner

We start this corporate meeting at 08.00 am at hotel meeting room until 17.00 pm. The meeting room has been set up the round table with a screen and projector in front. As usual, 2 times of coffee break are served in the middle of the meeting session and followed by lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. Meanwhile, they have joined dinner at Bali National Golf with free flow drinks.

Second Day – Half Day Meeting + Village VW Safari Treasure Hunt

As usual, we start the meeting at 08.00am for half-day. Coffee break is served in the middle of meeting time. Meanwhile, we provide lunch at the hotel restaurant before departing for a team building activity. We have provided an exclusive team building activity with Village VW Safari Treasure Hunt Games. This activity had taken them to explore beautiful Balinese Village, rice field and visit several places of interest in the north part of Denpasar. We have closed the day activities with sunset dinner at Jimbaran.
