• If you do not find this menu, you can send email to us directly with subject “Group Request” and fill the following references on your email contents:
  • Group’s Name
  • Company’s Name
  • Total Group Participant
  • Nationality of Group Participant
  • Average Age of Group Participant
  • Purpose of Group Visit
  • Date of Group Event
  • Hotel Requirements
  • Other Activities Requirements

Note: please ensure you put your alternative email address just incase we can not access your primary email address.

• When we think that the above information are not sufficient to send the proposal, our team will send you other questions to complete the requirements.
• When we have received your message, our team will immediate response and send you the proposal as soon as possible (Note: our proposal is depended on the activities ordered)
• You will discover complete information about the group arrangements on our proposal that guide you to review and understudy thoroughly

How to Book?

• Once you have confirmed with our proposal conditions, the authorize person on your company or organization must sign on our proposal located on the last page to signify that all terms and conditions are accepted
• Please send back the proposal that has been signed to us by latest the Cut Off Date (COD) which has been notified on our proposal previously so that our team able to process your booking
• When we have received your confirmation, our team will process all your booking to the respective attractions, vendors or partners until we got the confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability bases
• Once we confirm your booking we will inform you immediately and all terms including other conditions are valid and applied including the cancellation policy as well as payment policy
• We will not take any responsible for any bookings made behind of Bali Group Organizer or through third company by our clients
• All bookings confirmations will be submitted to our email address as our tool communications therefore please make sure you have filled your email address correctly.

Booking Confirmation policy

• When you have signed our proposal that mean: You have reviewed, read and understood all the terms and conditions are specified on the proposal.
• You will have the obligation to fulfill all the requirements to support the group arrangements as mentioned on our proposal
• If there any revisions on the group arrangements within the confirmation are made, those will adjust the obligations according to the new agreements
• Your confirmation is absolutely used as the document references on our billing to your account
• If there any cancellations are made during the confirmation, it will subject to our proposal terms and conditions.
