• Fill the form and type ‘Cancellation Booking’ on the subject column
• Please type your group data clearly includes:
  • Group’s Name
  • Company/Organization’s Name
  • Total Participant
  •  Nationality
  • Date of Event
  • Type of services
• Please type clearly which of your booking need to be cancelled and then click Send or Submit
• You can also able to reply our last correspondence and notify which one of your booking need to be cancelled
• Then your cancellation request has been sent and we will response your cancellation soon.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings must be made on black or white as references for next actions.
• We also able to receive the booking made by phone or oral based on temporary bases, it must be followed by the official booking request on black or white otherwise the booking will not be honored
• Cancellation booking must be made on black or white where you can do as the above step
• When you have cancelled your booking and sent the cancellation to us, our team will response you cancellation to notify that we have confirm your cancellation.
• You will receive the cancellation notification from our team and might be a penalty applied cause of this action according to the booking confirmation previously.
• When you have received the cancellation notification from our team, then your booking is definitely released and cancelled from our record.
• The nominal of cancellation fees are subject to the agreement of booking confirmation.
• The frame time or date cancellation fees are subject to the agreement of booking confirmation.
