PT Weebz Mandiri Group sent 33 employees, including management, on an incentive trip to Bali. They have designated Bali Group Organizer as the exclusive event planner for all their travel arrangements. Furthermore, we correctly developed their program so everything ran quickly and successfully. Moreover, we have created special activities and transformed them into remarkable experiences. In addition, they chose accommodation in Ubud by the actions we arranged to discover Bali’s lovely nature. Cycling Treasure Hunt, Garden Team Building, and white water rafting are an excellent combo that provides three distinct activities in a single day.

They visited Bali and participated in team-building exercises. They also use their leisure time to visit Ubud village, which is known as Bali’s artistic center. Their experience will take place from January 25 to January 27, 2019.

Arrival and Ubud Exploration

This event started with our staff picking them up at the domestic airport and driving them straight to Ubud. Since they arrived on a calm morning, the first stop was a restaurant on the edges of rice fields to savor Balinese cuisine. They walked around Ubud village freely and relaxed after checking in.

Ice Breaking and Warming Up

We begin with a warm-up session before moving on to team-building exercises that include multiple ice-breaker games. These games are engaging and can pique their interest. This game lasts only 15 minutes before moving on to the next activity.

This is a thrilling experience. They rode their mountain bikes through lush rice fields with breathtaking views. Furthermore, this bicycle treasure hunt takes place on a paved trail in the jungle, surrounded by tropical plants.

First Stop with Challenging Games

We have set a point-scoring challenge for each squad. In addition, a team-based game must be accomplished. Otherwise, they won’t know where to go next.

Amazing Garden Team Building

All participants have significantly benefited from the activity. This can foster good teamwork, improve communication, and ultimately increase work productivity.

Jungle Cycling Experience

Furthermore, their journey takes them to beautiful villages, rice fields, and woods. Meanwhile, they must search for clues throughout the journey. As a result, they can finish the games. Finally, this team-building activity concludes at a nearby restaurant.

White Water Rafting Adventure

The trip continued after lunch with white water rafting on the gorgeous Ayung River. This journey spans 8 kilometers and lasts two hours, with three rapid levels. Finally, the day’s trip ends with dinner at a restaurant in Ubud.

Group Departure

On their final day in Bali, they explore the city of Ubud. Our tour guide then picks them up and drops them off at the airport.
