Wolverine Worldwide Group Event

Wolverine Worldwide Group has been building global footwear and apparel brands since 1883. With a legacy stretching over 140 years, the company stands as one of the world’s most recognized names in performance and lifestyle footwear. Therefore, when they decided to host a major regional gathering for their Asia Pacific team, they needed an experience that matched their brand’s level of excellence.

For their WWW Factory Summit 2026, they chose Bali — the Island of the Gods — as their destination. Moreover, they trusted our team, a Bali Group Organizer with more than 25 years of experience, to bring the entire event to life. From the first planning call to the final farewell dinner, our team handled every detail with precision and care.

In total, 128 participants from across the Asia Pacific region attended this Bali Event Summit. Furthermore, the event stretched across two full days at the iconic Mulia Resort in Nusa Dua, one of Bali’s most prestigious five-star properties. As a result, the summit delivered not only productive business outcomes but also a genuinely memorable Bali Incentive Trip experience.

Two Days of Impact & Inspiration

Day 1 — Conference, Connection & Cocktail Dinner

The day before the summit opened, our production team arrived at Mulia Resort to begin a full pre-event setup. This included event production, session and stage management, AV and technical equipment configuration, and special event logistics. Consequently, by the time participants arrived on the morning of Day 1, every element was in place and ready to go.

The morning started with participant registration at the foyer ballroom, where guests enjoyed a warm welcome with coffee and morning tea. This setup not only created a relaxed arrival experience but also gave attendees a chance to reconnect before the sessions began. Then, as the conference program officially opened, the energy in the room was high and focused.

Lunch was a highlight in itself. Participants moved to The Café at Mulia Bali, one of the resort’s signature dining venues, for a curated lunch experience. After lunch, the group returned to the ballroom for an engaging panel discussion, followed by an open Q&A session. This format encouraged active participation and meaningful exchange among the leadership team.

In the afternoon, the tone shifted beautifully. As the sun began to set over the Indian Ocean, guests stepped outside for a Cocktail Dinner set against a stunning beachside atmosphere. The golden sky, ocean breeze, and carefully crafted cocktail menu created a natural end to a productive day. Furthermore, this relaxed setting allowed connections to deepen in a more informal and enjoyable way.

Day 2 — Conference Closing & Offsite Dinner Under the Stars

On the second day, participants gathered once again in the grand ballroom for the continuation of the WWW Factory Summit. The program built on the energy of Day 1, with sessions designed to wrap up key discussions and align the Asia Pacific team on priorities moving forward. Additionally, the structured agenda helped participants walk away with clear takeaways and a shared sense of direction.

As the conference concluded, the real evening adventure began. We took the entire group to an exclusive offsite dinner venue blessed with a breathtaking ocean view. The setting was extraordinary — vast blue water, dramatic twilight colors painted across the sky, and a carefully curated dinner experience that honored both the occasion and the destination. Thus, the summit ended not with a formal goodbye but with a shared moment that everyone would carry with them.

The combination of professional conference content during the day and meaningful social experiences in the evening is precisely what sets a great Bali Incentive Trip apart from an ordinary business trip. Moreover, it reflects our philosophy as a Bali Group Organizer: every moment matters, and every detail should serve the group’s experience.

Additional Services Provided by Bali Group Organizer

In addition to the main program, Bali Group Organizer provided several supporting services. These services ensured a smooth and comfortable experience for all participants.

First, the team arranged airport transfers for arrival and departure. This service ensured that participants could travel without stress. Next, transportation was managed throughout the event, allowing smooth movement between venues.

In addition, Bali Group Organizer supported optional activities such as golf sessions. This gave participants extra opportunities to relax and network. Furthermore, event merchandise was prepared to enhance the overall experience and create lasting memories.

Event Goals and Customer Expectations

Wolverine Worldwide Group had clear goals for this event. First, they wanted a professional summit that supported knowledge sharing and alignment. Second, they aimed to create a rewarding experience for participants through a Bali Incentive Trip. Third, they wanted to strengthen relationships across teams.

Therefore, the client expected smooth coordination, high-quality production, and a balanced program. They also expected reliable support from an experienced Bali Group Organizer.

Bali Group Organizer successfully met these expectations. The conference sessions ran smoothly. The dinners created strong engagement. The additional services ensured comfort and convenience. Most importantly, the event created meaningful connections among participants.

A Balanced and Successful Bali Event Summit

This Bali Incentive Trip reminded us once again why Bali continues to be one of the world’s top destinations for corporate events. Furthermore, it reinforced the value of working with an experienced Bali Group Organizer that understands both the destination and the demands of high-level corporate gatherings.

With more than 25 years of experience managing group events across Bali, we know how to bring teams together, create meaningful moments, and deliver results that go beyond the agenda. As a result, our clients come back — and they bring their teams with them.

Because of these additional services, the event felt complete and well-organized. Every detail supported participant comfort and satisfaction.
