Werfen Group Meeting, Social Tour and Gala Dinner

Werfen Group is a group of private companies as leaders in diagnostic in Vitro (IVD) in the world and has come to Bali for incentive activities. They came with 58 participants from various countries to enjoy incentive activities including meetings, social tours, and gala dinners. Meanwhile, they have appointed the Bali Group Organizer as an event planner in Bali to arrange some of their activities. Likewise, we provide several supporting events including entertainment, lighting, sound systems, backdrops, and souvenirs. We are proud to be able to realize their event successfully and run smoothly. Werfen Group’s experience is proof of our customer’s trust in our company. Werfen Group Welcome Dinner

After participants arrived at the Renaissance Hotel Uluwatu, the Werfen Group enjoyed a welcome dinner arranged by the hotel. Furthermore, the welcome dinner took place lively at the Roosterfish Beach Club with interactive acoustic band accompaniment. Likewise, participants also enjoyed a pre-cocktail dinner on a green garden with stunning views of the Indian ocean. Meanwhile, BBQ dishes with delicious dishes from experienced chefs make their first night in Bali memorable.

Half-Day Meeting and Social Tour

They started a half-day meeting in the morning session before the social tour activities. A light lunch is served at a lunch break while preparing for a social tour. We took them to visit Garuda Wisnu Kencana Culture Park to see the splendor of the tallest statue in the world. After that, the tour continues to Uluwatu temple perched on a limestone cliff with an amazing view of the Indian Ocean. Finally, the tour is over and the participants get ready for the gala dinner.

Gala Dinner

A gala dinner for the Werfen Group starts at 6:30 p.m. Furthermore, each participant has the opportunity to pose in a photo booth with a company logo design. Then, the pre-cocktail dinner was held above the foyer meeting room with views of the sea. On the other hand, we surprised all participants with the beautiful Barong dance and the Kecak dance following it. They invited participants to enter the gala dinner with typical Kecak movements and sounds. While having dinner, we showed some Balinese classical dances with traditional gamelan to enliven the event. Meanwhile, our master’s ceremony guided the event with a series of awards giving to outstanding participants. A truly memorable dinner with light decorations, LED screen effects, sound system, and traditional Balinese performances.
