Egon Zehnder Group Event
Egon Zehnder is a world leadership advisory company coming along with 48 participants to Bali for an incentive corporate trip. This time, they have appointed our company as one of the event planners to arrange offsite activities during their visit to the island of Gods. Furthermore, we have put their agenda, ideally starting from airport pick-up, tour, team-building activities, and transfer back to the airport. So, all work plans run smoothly and successfully. Meanwhile, they visited Bali from February 22 to February 23, 2019. Also, we have provided the best service to our customers so that everything is successful and satisfying.
Arrival and Uluwatu Kecak Dance Tour
When they arrived at Denpasar airport, our team greeted them at the airport entrance. After that, we go to a local restaurant to enjoy crispy duck as a Balinese food. Next, we go on a Uluwatu tour to explore the dry limestone area. The group visited the sacred Uluwatu temple and enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. In the late afternoon, they watched a famous traditional Balinese dance, the Kecak dance. After that, they returned to Kuta for dinner at a restaurant on the beach and ended up staying at the hotel.
Bali Village VW Safari Treasure Hunt
This is the most popular team-building activity in Bali. This is because this activity is unique in driving a legendary Volkswagen vehicle. Furthermore, they departed from the hotel together while conveying through the hustle and bustle of Denpasar City. Moreover, the trip was smooth and convoy while enjoying the village’s natural beauty and green rice fields. The first mission of their journey was to Taman Ayun Temple, located in Mengwi.
Visit Taman Ayun Temple
All participants explored the entire temple area to look for traces we had installed. However, they are only armed with a clue to find the treasure and do their work. It is a target of the VW Safari Treasure Hunt that we set today. Next, they continued their journey to Baha Village.
Entering Balinese House
We have designed this event exclusively. We invite them to visit one of the residents’ houses to learn more about Balinese culture. However, they also have to complete the game to collect many points.
Explore Sangeh Monkey Forest
Their third mission is to rescue our facilitators trapped in the middle of the forest and surrounded by monkeys. After that, they joined in the fantastic race game above the green garden. After the rescue mission, we left for a local restaurant in Ubud for lunch.
Lunch Time
Finally, all participants enjoyed lunch at a restaurant after completing all the missions that day. After that, we return to the hotel to rest.
Check Out
On their last day in Bali, each participant had free activities until check-out. Our team picks them up at the hotel and transfers them directly to the hotel to end this service.
